Why You Should Pack with a Color-Coded Packing System

Over the years, we've found some systems that make the packing process simpler and more organized on both ends of the move.
Using Color Coding
We like to assign a color to each room in the home and mark boxes that go in that room with the corresponding color. Colorizing your move gives our movers the direction they need to place everything in the right part of the house! It also saves you the trouble of writing room names on each box. For example, in a home with several bedrooms, it can be tricky to know which bedroom a box is intended for, so having colors assigned to each room makes it easier to get boxes in the right place.
One more thing to love about this system? It's simple! All you need to set up this system is some markers or colorful paper and tape, but you can also find color-coded moving box labels available online if you'd prefer to go that route.
