Charlottesville Moving Solutions (formerly Student Services Moving and Storage Company) was started in 1973 by college students working while attending the University of Virginia. Their idea was to provide moving services in and around Charlottesville, enabling college students to earn money for tuition. That idea has evolved into what the company is today: A full-service professional moving company based in Charlottesville, offering nationwide service.

Our movers are professional, responsible, and motivated. Our team receives good pay and extensive training, and they have an average of hundreds of hours of moving experience.
